Day 1: Mustang Diaries(edited)(

(Ed. Note–the first two posts were on the run, so E Maj backtracked and added some context)  Book of Mustang.  Chapter 1: Verse 1.  Alright, way too biblical.  That said, the Mustang Diaries are on.  Flew in to CT w/Captain Jimmy, and picked up the ’64 Stang.  This trip is multi-purpose, with many synergies and synchronicities.  Part of an ongoing evolution, and I’ll be sure to share it soon.

This is just the start of the baseball sojourn, and there will be many more chapters.  On this trip, there will be 2-4 ballparks seen, depending on where the wind takes us.  Many more chapters in store, and I’m already constructing next year’s, ‘Every Ballpark in 60 days" tour, as soon as Miller Brewing Co. remembers the future and buys my High Lifes for a year.  LOL.

The car is a 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang convertible that my father has maintained for 3 years in CT.  Here’s some color on what a 1964 1/2 is http://ask.yahoo.com/20010827.html  Had some work done to it, and decided this was the year it’s coming back to Chicago.  Road trip.

Day 1: Saw some of the fam, and then drove to Wayne, N.J.  Why Wayne, N.J.?  I don’t know.  Never know where I’m going ’til I get there.  Literally.  This trip has no script, no real agenda, just some thoughts, simple thoughts.

The car drove great, no overheating, which is awesome considering it’s 100 degrees.

Will have tons more updates for all y’all real soon, pictures too.  We rode for 125 miles today after getting in kinda late.  Am pooped, need some Zzzz’s stat.

Peace, E Maj
